An Inside Look At ADI
Steve Ford, owner of ADI Internet Solutions, Inc. believes the best way to run a business is with the customer’s best interests in mind.
ADI was formed in 1997 as a small internet company. It was later expanded to include the entire central Iowa area. ADI works with the Heart of Iowa Telephone Cooperative and Qwest to provide dial up and DSL services. ADI also hosts business and personal web sites.
ADI also provides web site architecture planning, web design, graphics and logo design, user interface design, database design, development, and integration, network design and implementation.
ADI was purchased by Steve Ford in 2005. He then hired Steve Lamb, a recent graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Programming and Shanna Ramirez, a graduate of Buena Vista University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Management Information Systems.
ADI has an alliance with five nation-wide providers to expand their service to the whole United States.
“The goal of our business is to expand our customer base and concentrate on customer service in the internet and web hosting environments.” Ford explained. “The most important thing in running our business is to provide reliable service in an end-user friendly manor.”
ADI customers are ensured good service because we try to understand their problems and provide them with explanations that are understandable and allow them to feel confident in operating their computers.
“People should come to ADI because they’ll find experienced staff who are truly interested in helping them solve their problems,” says Ford. ADI is locally owned and operated and have a strong commitment not only to the local community, but to those customers who are outside of Marshalltown.
ADI is located at 7 Westwood Drive in Marshalltown, Iowa and is open 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. After hours services are provided by appointment and for emergencies.
