Setting up Your Personal Web Site

How to get your homepage account set-up:

1. You must have an images/madiblue.GIF (2587 bytes)internet account.

2. Print out, fill out and mail a Homepage Registration Form to images/madiblack.GIF (2242 bytes). This is a signed agreement which, on approval, gives you your own homepage location.

3. Once your homepage account is set-up, information to get you started will be sent to you via e-mail. Please allow 1 week for approval and setup.
